The Challenge
With the launch of the Air Jordan XX8, the brand needed to create an experience that matched the sneaker’s bold innovation and reinforced Jordan’s cultural legacy throughout the years.
The Solution
An immersive All Star Weekend activation fused the XX8’s themes of stealth and innovation with Jordan’s cultural legacy, connecting the new release to the brand’s iconic lineage..
I led the concept and brought it to life through a large scale interactive installation where attendees, wearing RFID Jumpman bracelets, could literally step inside the shoe. Guests explored the XX8 through Jordan themed challenges, while the adjacent Flight Lounge showcased the full Air Jordan lineage from 1 through 27 alongside a curated SoundCloud playlist. The event celebrated the past, present, and future of Air Jordan, cementing the XX8 as both a design breakthrough and a cultural milestone.
